Lipson Center at Kennestone.
Bilson & Associates provided Landscape Architectural services for the main-entrance to the Lipson Center at Wellstar Kennestone Hospital. We worked closely with the hospital on this design, ensuring it would meet their standards and for years to come.
With several adjacent buildings remaining, in addition to underground vaults and buildings, the challenge was to provide a design that would not only compliment the new entrance area, while not impacting the existing hospital operations. Plants were selected to provide year-round interest and colors, while being low-maintenance and low-water use varieties. Colors and textures were chosen to provide interest and focal points. Kennestone Outpatient Pavilion
Bilson & Associates provided landscape architectural design services for the Wellstar Kennestone Outpatient Pavilion in Marietta, Georgia. This area of the Kennestone Hospital Campus is located at the gateway into the City of Marietta at the corner of Church Street and Tower Road. The project replaced an old parking deck with a beautiful first class office building. The landscape design for the project featured terraced brick walls with landscaping, streetscape design with trees and street lights along Church Street and the arrival to the building is lined with flowering trees and ornamental landscaping and seasonal color for year round interest.
American Red Cross.
Bilson & Associates provided landscape architectural services for the design of the landscape and hardscape at the American Red Cross building in Tributary at New Manchester (Douglasville, Georgia). Special care was taken to provide a design that gives visitors a unique experience when arriving to the building with features that include an outdoor seating area for patients and employees with benches and shade structures and a green screen on the side of the building.
