Mill Park at Woodstock.
Bilson & Associates worked closely with the developer/builder to provide landscape architectural design for each property within Mill Park – a unique 32-Lot Arts & Crafts style neighborhood in Woodstock, Georgia. Each house was designed with it’s own private retreat with a unique courtyard between lots. The designs featured brick or stone walls, pavers, and a variety of ornamental landscaping to give year round interest. Special attention was given to each driveway to incorporate a variety of materials to provide a different setting customized to each individual home.
Alexander at Perimeter.

Carlos Residence.
This private retreat is situated on top of a mountain ridge overlooking the Chattahoochee National Forest in Ellijay, Georgia. The lot is situated on the side of a very steep slope, so the site required a large retaining wall for the house and to create a level area in the back yard. The design objective was to provide an backyard space that was usable and generally low maintenance. Bilson & Associates provided landscape architectural design for this mid-rise apartment development located two blocks from the Fox Theater in Atlanta. The project encompasses an entire city block and was required to meet the standards of the Mid-Town Alliance neighborhood group.
