Atlantic Station (a US Green Building Council LEED Certified Project) is the largest Urban Brownfield redevelopment in the U.S. Located on the former Atlantic Steel Mill in Midtown Atlanta, this project is the pinnacle of Green Design concepts and is a national model for smart growth and new urbanism. The 138-acre project is a true Mixed-Use community that combines residential, office and retail in one location, while also being located on top of a massive parking deck structure. Bilson & Associates was the land planner as part of a design team provide a master plan for 11,000 acres in southwestern Carroll County and transform the timber land into a new community that could plan for the future growth of the County anticipated over many years in the future. Canyon at Overlook.
Bilson & Associates provided Land Planning Services for this 1,100 acre tract in Cartersville, Georgia. Located along the east side of Interstate 75, Canyon at Overlook spans several miles north of Main Street and includes a variety of highway commercial uses, such as hotels, restaurants and service stations. The master plan also includes a mix of residential uses such as apartments, town houses and single family residences to the east of the main boulevard though the project.
